The parcel is designated as an "undeveloped" part, and it is not possible to obtain permits for the construction of new buildings until the adoption of the prescribed urban development plan, which should be adopted soon.

Zaton is a natural bay located only 12 km from Dubrovnik. The wonderful Mediterranean landscape with cypresses and pines, the scents of aromatic plants such as rosemary, sage or mint, as well as the beautiful clear sea are just some of the qualities that adorn this area. The promenade stretches across the entire bay and is ideal for lovers of long, romantic walks by the sea. Zaton is one of the few places on the Dubrovnik Riviera that does not have hotel accommodation, and this makes it an ideal home for people who like a more peaceful and local environment.
